With over 18 million (yes, million) views and counting, the latest Youtube sensation is a video from a reality TV show in England, Britain's Got Talent. In spite of knowing that the performance was going to be fantastic, I still had goosebumps when Susan Boyle first started to sing. Appearances can be deceptive, never more so than in this case.
